What you’ll learn
- Different types of piping
- Different types of cakes
- All types of cake icing - from birthday cakes to master wedding cakes
- Kids' character cakes, bag cakes, perfect wedding cakes and more
- Bonus class: how to make and package loaf cakes, bowl cakes and cake-in-cup

- 95% of ingredients provided - bake and do practicals every week, and take your cake home after each practical
