What you’ll learn
- Pastries: meat pie, jam roll, sausage roll, rock buns, vanilla cake, cupcake, vanilla loaf cake, shortbread biscuit, pizza, baked donuts, fried chips, poloo and plantain chips
- Breads: butter bread, tea bread and bread roll
- Juices: pineapple, watermelon, minty pineapple, orange/pine ginger, cocktail, tropical, beet explosion, sobolo, ice cream and loaded maskey
- Events: setups and display for events
